I am interested to learn of any experiences of solar power systems in the area. I am thinking of whole home solution.

There's been no recent chatter about this. Has anyone recently had a system installed professionally? Grid-tied or battery back-up? What were the pitfalls and were you overall pleased with the result?

Appreciate if anyone has genuine experience.
