    I've been here for almost a month now, and I'm starting to feel the need to 'move my booty' a little, just to limit the expansion of my beerbelly!:smile:
    So what I'm looking for now is feedback on how to get in shape here in Dumaguete/valencia, and where to do it... how do you guys stay fit?
    My sports of interest is boxing, tennis and football - soccer. But I'm open for anything thats fun - all ideas, not matter how crazy - are welcome!

    Dirt bike riding up in the mountains is a blast, a ride with the Dumaguete Trail Riders will flat wear you out. They go through such extreme places you'll be pushing and pulling to get your bike through. Get that blood stirred right up.

    I'm up for 12 ounce curls when I arrive in December....just name the time and place. I'm an avid softball player and love Xcountry or trail running. Very often I jog the back roads up to Valencia from Our place in Banilad when I'm there, but theres something I've always wanted to try My hand at, and that's Golf.. I've never seen the course there, but I'm willing to try it out. Let me know if there's anyone out there willing to show me the ropes.. I am left handed though, so that may create some equipment problems....cheers!

    Sound like a good time Larry. I'll be there on the 25th of December, so I'll keep my eyes and ears open in case you're doing the walk/runs around that time frame.. Cheers..

    We will be having our Xmas Hash Bash on the Dec 27th, expecting 10 or so Hong Kong hashers to join our normal party of 20+, so should be a good time.

    Sounds great, looks like I'll be a participant.. Have no idea what Hashers are, but I am a AV8-8B Harrier Mechanic by trade if that helps.... Cheers!

    As long you can hold a beer, you will do fine! The "Hash" is a worldwide organization spanning 70 countries with 2000 or so chapters. Here's a Wiki;

    Hash House Harriers - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Our chapter is a lazy lot, mostly walkers, but we do find very interesting trails!
