I tried to place an order on the Starlink web order page. I filled in all of the information and then clicked "Order Now" and was redirected to a credit card approval page. My credit card transaction was approved and I was returned back to the Starlink page where there was a red message that said, "Payment not approved". I tried again with the same result. I checked my bank account online and it showed two authorized credit card charges from Starlink, and then a hold was placed on my card for suspicious activity. I called credit card support and had them remove the two charges, and also remove the hold on my credit card. I waited for 24 hours and then tried again. Same result this time. I checked my bank and it showed three charges on my card from Starlink, minutes apart, but the Starlink order screen still showed "Payment not approved". I had the bank remove the two oldest Starlink charges and leave the most recent one just in case somehow Starlink actually processes my order. But, there is NO WAY to contact Starlink in a situation like this ... they have no phone number, they have no customer support options, and they do not even have any email address. I guess I will wait for a few days to see if I get an email from them, and if not, then I will stop payment on all of the Starlink charges and just concede that ordering is impossible for me for some reason. If you were actually able to complete a successful order for Starlink, did you get a confirmation email, and if so how long did it take?
Hi there, is your credit card from here or overseas? I had a similar issue with an on-line purchase and it turned out the site allowed credit cards only from certain countries (United States was not one of them). This does not solve the unable to contact issues, but may help with the "payment not approved" situation.
I did the whole thing using a UK debit card without problem (including the automatic monthly payment). Starlink can be contacted through a link here - their support is excellent and I had a reply/fix within an hour. https://www.starlinkhardware.com/how-to-contact-starlink-customer-support/
I am using a US credit card. Amazing that it goes through the verification/authorization screen okay but then gets rejected on returning back to the order page.

That's exactly why I am still hesitating to get Starlink. Makes me feeling like a beggar and not like a customer.

Starlink has a separate system for resolving customer complaints. If you have a complaint, are locked out of your account, or don’t have an account, you can try emailing SpaceX. You can email SpaceX about Starlink issues by sending a message to: starlinkresolutions@spacex.com Make sure to include “Consumer Complaint” in the email subject line for more efficient email processing.
Yes, I did discover that also, and I did send an email to that address. Unfortunately, I have also read on that forum that so far there has not been anybody who has actually received a reply by writing to that address.
