    Here in Bacong, Noreco Power has only gone down once so far this month for about 90 min. Globe internet, on the other hand has gone down about 12 times.

    Well pato we are not far from you and we had only two brownouts so far,globe worked for some time during the first one and right through the second,not far from a miracle!

    As for as a brownout I cannot remember we had already one this month and if so than only for a short time I didn't notice or was away from home. Same applies for Globe it's always working most of the time, had some probs in the past but since they solved that it works in generally according to PH standards. So that's the situation in Sibulan.
