the turbo on my suzuki van F6A engine quite working so we pulled it and found the exhaust turbine wheel was frozen from a carbon buildup in the housing. we cleaned it up and put it back together but now the turbo kicks on at low rpms and doesn't have the thrust it did before it froze up. it also has a *loud* whine now. i looked at adjusting the wastegate actuator but i don't see an adjustment. anyone know how to adjust it or know of a shop that's knowledgeable? thanks... norm : ))~
