I am nearing the end of construction at my house in Valencia. I would be happy to lend you my mason for a few days to complete your tile work, if you are interested. I found that he did a good job here and you are welcome to come to my house and look at his work. There is no advantage in this for me, I assure you. I am just happy with my workers and would like to give them the opportunity to get more work. I have already found jobs for most of my other workers.

My mason's name is Jimboy. His English is not so good, but, he is a good worker. If you want come by, my house is located on Liptong Road. That is an extension of Rizal Street, heading South past the Church and Municipal Hall. Our house is the first one after the graveyard, on the right hand side. Jimboy is here from 8 am until 5pm, if you would like to meet him and discuss price, location, etc. He might be going to work at another friend of mine that is also building a house, starting next week.

My new house has just had the interior and exterior terrace tiled, very good job, can recommend my builder in a pm if you are interested.
