Travel between Oriental and Occidental

    Wondering if anyone has traveled between Oriental and Occidental and back again?
    Is GCQ to GCQ travel permitted?

    Also would it be possible to get to Manila by car, Bacolod to Iloilo, Caticlan to Bulalacao, Calapan to Batangas?

    I need to get a car back to Manila. Or store locally if anyone has suggestions they are appreciated.
