    Went to Sibulan at 03:45 to get Maayo Ferry, but taken off ferry, due to Typhoon.

    No idea why but raised signal no1 on negros and Cebu earlier so that usually means no flights or ferrys on and off the island!

    I find it does not usually affect the flights as bad as the ferries. For example, screen shot will show that the only real flight problem today was the Cebu Pacific turboprop from Duma to Mactan that does not seem to have left.
