Turns out the event is a real cluster f**k, don't know how else to call it. About 250 people in a small area, when I got there at 7:20, mixed in with diners trying to order breakfast. An apparent number system was used with no explanation how to get one. I heard there were already about 50 people waiting at 5;30. Last time they held this in Dumguete, about 25 people when I was there. So I left, got a Starbucks went home and will handle my VA issues on the phone to Manila.
What amazes me this year there was no social security rep, as there was in 2019 when no more than 40 people were there when I was. So the large crowd were perhaps there for VA or visa issues.
