Here's a non-answer for you... It depends on what you mean by "wrap." A wrap is generally a big printed sticker which covers much of the vehicle and can be applied to the curves of the body. The sticker would probably also have a coating to protect the ink from the sun and and other environmental factors. They aren't easy. Much like a paint job, they require a clean environment because dust captured under the vinyl will create bumps. The person applying the wrap should have a lot of experience in applying them, so ask for a portfolio of wraps applied by the person who will be doing the actual work, not wraps which have been done by other people. You don't see many wraps around here. Vehicles from big corps are likely getting these done in Cebu or Manila. The sticker showing in the image could just be a sticker cut out of colored vinyl and it's not a wrap. That can probably be done by many of the banner printing places here. If the first place you ask can't do it, then they can point you in the right direction. Even if you did need a printed sticker, you could just have it applied to the flat surfaces. That vehicle is relatively easy compared to a full size vehicle.
