Want a lawyer

Can anyone advise me on who to use yer I know they are like snakes but may need one soon some one has used money they had no right to lets say over 300,000 peso O-|

 

I think you have to go through the barangay process first where they get the other party and you to talk it over the table and try to patch it up it's like meditation try to solve the issue before taking it to the higher level but if it doesn't work then you have to get a solicitor to represent you if they're not agreeing to your terms or if they didn't want to pay you back your money. But if you lost that 300,000 pesos to someone that has nothing that the court can take if you win, then I think your still at the loosing end but if you believe that these people has something that's worth taking to court then YOU SHOULD! Teach them a lesson but your talking about 2-3 years court case here.

 

But before you do that try calculating the cost of the solicitor and make sure that this prick that took your money still have that money intact or anything that's of the same value otherwise I think you should just take it as one bad experience. To get a lawyer they're on 15-25,000 pesos acceptance fees, then 1,500-2,500 pesos per court hearing plus you pay for their snacks and documents. And you make sure you can gather as much as witness as you can and your looking at spending money nearly every month for the next 2-3 years.

When my parents still had that shipping business, our company's supervisor took off to Dubai taking the fortnight wages for the workers which was 3 million pesos. We took him to court and it was on going for 3 years aside from just wasting money we decided to just quit because it was taking too long and we don't think we're going to get our money back because him and his family is now living I'm Dubai and no properties he has left in the pphilippines for us to repossess.

If it's like meditation then you could be there forever, sitting cross-legged and chanting lots of mono-toned "omms".
Mediation would be a better route.:p

Sorry broadside mistyped. Mediation. You cant file a case unless you go through the whole process which is filing a complaint first to the barangay then the police then get an attorney. My apologies. Was thinking too much of the pilates program that i just signed up which starts tomorrow.lol
