    i want to rent a tiny spot in Valencia, near the plaza for anyway 1 month soon, maybe 6-9 months if the price is rite, fully furnished ready to go with TV, AC, wifi, Ref, Micro, bed, chairs, etc.. a small studio would be fine, no need anything fancy, shade trees, but relatively quiet would be nice, as would covered bike parking spot, and cool neighbors. PM me here. Can pay a few months in advance if cheap enuf.

    Do you have a price in mind? There are some apartments on Smith street about 1 block from the market. Going up to Valencia turn right on the second street. There is an empty lot on the corner (right side) and then the gated apartments are directly after that. Don't know the price but I would guess between 8-12k a month.

    A large house is for rent on the next street up. 20k a month. Turn right on the third street (can't remember the name of it). Vegetable stands on the left, empty lot, then the house. 20k/months. Hasn't been rented for awhile so you might be able to talk her down to 18k a month if you send a local to negotiate for you (be sure they don't mention the word "foreigner" when negotiating).

    I have a couple adds on my bulletin board for places in Valencia area, one just posted yesterday and looks like it has most of what you need. Stop by Gerry's on the Beach and have a look and get the contact number. Good luck
