Complete Custom Electronic Upgrade Including:
* CTS volume and tone controls with Gibson speed knobs
* Premium Shielded Cabling
* Switchcraft Pickup Selector Switch with long throw brass knob
* Switchcraft input jack
Guitar and case are in near pristine condition. Home use only, not a gigging guitar. The original electronics were cheap Korean junk which allowed for Epiphone to keep the sell price at around $650 US. This is the reason all electronic were replaced with high quality US parts.
The tailpiece was also replaced for better tone and plating that would not corrode and pit. All upgrades were professionally done.
It has a chimey sound on the treble side due to the removable wood bridge.
(the bridge is not glued to the body)
More bass and midrange can be obtained by replacing the bridge.
Guitar can be inspected by appointment in downtown Dumaguete City.
