Rather than a large pool, Chez Mélanie has chosen to offer its guests, small individual pools that are easier to clean and can have frequent change of water. You do not swim on piss or on 6-months stale water.
The property is under CCTV surveillance on 4 sides and has enough space for off-street parking. Water is assured by a strong pump, and water tower storage. Internet-Wifi is also provided.
Chez Mélanie is only 1.8 km (1.1 miles) from the town center of Valencia and it takes less than 5 minutes over paved roads to reach the place by motorcycle or car.
Rates:
Lease Contract of 3-6 months: 22000 Php with 2 months advance and 1 month deposit; furnished
Daily rate for less 3 months: 1100 Php per day (option +150 for cable-TV and frigo). Pay for dates covered upon reservation. Security deposit of 1000 upon check-in, refundable upon check-out.
