Joshsen Refreshment Haus – Sibulan

Joshsen Refreshment Haus is well known for its delicious Halo-Halo and other local delicacies.  Halo Halo is a local merienda/snack delicacy both enjoyed by foreigners and Filipinos.

The place was established in 2011 and is located at the pilgrim town of Sibulan, Negros Oriental in the Merchants Building at the Corner of Yapsutco Street and San Juan Street.

Lunch, dinner and various snacks are served at very reasonable prices every day from 7am to 7pm.

The food is a good mix for both foreigners and Filipinos. And the menu includes local favorites like Nilaga, Pancit and Caldereta.

The place is ideal for small business meetings, group studies and seminars. We can seat up to 30 people inside.
