On normal days, locals especially the students use the park as practice area for dancing, speech choirs, modeling, cheer dance, photo shoots and many more. Other residents sit in the benches to relax or walk their dogs around. They choose this place because the area is huge and their pets can run around. Many a times, group of friends would also meet up in this place and hang out for a couple of hours to catch up and laze around.
Negros Oriental State University, one of the many renowned Universities here in our University town the City is located just beside the park. This explains why one can spot a lot of students in the mentioned university during class hours since most of the studes would spend their break time here. You may either encounter some sitting or squatting on the grass eating snacks or lunches or some would be lying down to rest since the area is very clean as it is well-kept and maintained.
