your biggest problem is going to be charging it, a few days of brownout, will take care of all that. Having lived in China for 10 years, I can assure you, you will have grief with it, all parts will have to be sourced from China, and thats when they will screw you, the Chassis and engine will have sub par parts, it will be nothing but a nightmare

 

Silly man, but the piece I quoted above says it all about their attitudes towards foreigners.

 

The libel and slander laws are a little odd here. If your words or print are intended to cause damage to a persons reputation or business you are guilty. It doesn't matter if your statement was true or not.

The are other strange legal things that apply here.

The other night a motorcycle was counter flowing and decided to cross over to his correct lane at the last second. The oncoming truck killed the motorcyclist. The truck driver was arrested and charged with reckless imprudence causing homicide. The motorcyclist had no OR/CR/License. The motorcycle had no lights according to witnesses.
That was doubly odd as not having a license immediately put a person in the wrong when there is an accident.

I'll warn you it's from the male perspective. The last post is a member who offers help and is a psychologist, but I haven't seen a posting from her in my time here so not sure how you would reach out. Maybe an admin can help. Her name is Christine.

I'd be pretty concerned when you need pre-marriage counseling. That usually comes after a few years of marriage. It's good that you recognize there are issues and are trying to resolve before you get married. The truth usually lies somewhere between the right and left perspectives.

Mokum, I was diagnosed just over 12 months ago with skin cancer. Since then I have had 2 malignant melanomas removed one in February and one in July both this year. I come from Australia (the melanoma centre of the world). I had chemotherapy for 6 months (was supposed to be 12 months but doctors were happy for me to stop - as was I) and as a consequence had very many other issues which happily are now under control and not a factor. My specialist and GP in Australia tell me that due to the fact that asians are not generally subject to skin cancer there is very little experience here which means that a skin specialist is very likely to cut out rather than make an informed decision or alternatively miss a diagnosis. I return to Sydney every 3 months for a check and treatment and whilst this is expensive I do it by way of risk management. Have had a rapid education in this area and happy to talk to you further so you can P.M. me if you wish.
