    Sound advice.
Worst thing i ever did was get my wife to change her last name to mine as it now qualifies her for the foreigner pricing structure which seems to be legal here, would be called racism in most other countries, in the UK foreigners arrive daily in small boats with no ID and are welcomed with free hotels, medical care, food and a bit of spending money, should send them here, problem would go away very quick.

I bought my bike over 2 years ago and now I don't even bother anymore to ask the LTO when my number plates will be available. I went to a shop and bought a plastic number plate (looks even good). The bike is registered, smoke test done. End of the story.

Seniors in the Philippines, 60 up, are automatic members of Philhealth. There is no need for you to sign them up. They get free health care as senior citizens of the Philippines, thanks to Duterte admin.
Bring them to Senior Citizens' office near Silliman Medical Center so they can get their IDs.

Ludwig's German Bakery - opposite Hypermart. They do rye, half rye and wholewheat bread and rolls. There is also a Ludwigs in Valencia but they are closing shortly, for a month's holiday.

As I said, I just applied online to upgrade my PLDT to 50 Mbps with a 300Gb cap per month. They have a special on this weekend only, (at least they do if you have a myPLDT account), to get free install which will save me 3500 pesos. The monthly price is 1899.

I have already been in touch with a techie who says it IS available in my subdivision. I have received an email and text message to say "application pending" and they will get back to me within 24 hours.

More than that I cannot say, but I thought the deal looked good enough to give it a try and a 300 GB cap is more than I am going to use so no big deal. The unlimited 50 Mbps plan is an additional 1,000 pesos a month and I don't see the value in it for a normal household.

But I will have a better idea when and if it gets installed and working.

There is a law that states how much you should pay a helper and what is required from both the employer and employee.

P3000 is too much. Depending on where you live it would be either P1500 or P2000 (Valencia would be P1500, Dumaguete P2000). If you are in the NCR the minimum salary is P2500. 13 month pay is a requirement.

I wouldn't start any helper with more than the minimum. Most are extremely tapolan and will be fired in short order. If they do a good job I would quickly give them a raise.

    There's the law.

We have a 1500 litre storage tank, which is good for 3 - 4 days (3.5 people) and a pressure tank holding about 50 litres. It's the size of the pressure tank which affects the pump cycle time. The system operates at about 40 psi. You will also need a non return valve between the storage tank and the pump and a float switch in the storage tank which will turn the pump off when the water level in the tank is too low.
Noel at Citi Hardware can advise and fit the system. Excellent guy.
