Best fancy dining I have found is El Dorado in Dauin. I was impressed by the good selections at El Dorado. It is typical resort food but the prices are quite good and the selections are great. 7 people were stuffed for about 4,000 pesos and that's with appetizers, a couple drinks each, main courses and dessert. Entrance fee is 200 but it is all consumable. Its pretty fancy at that price.

I took the wife there tonight, (Her birthday). On the advise of other posters, I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara with ribs.
I am a fan of Spaghetti Carbonara. This Spaghetti Carbonara with ribs has to be the best I have ever tried. The birthday girl had Spaghetti and salmon pizza. She reported it being very good.
I found the bill to be quite reasonable and there is no doubt we will be back.
Two thumbs up for this Restaurant.- Like x 3

Some of these problems you'll get anywhere. I have heard lots of bad about Foodnet though.
I know people here who only eat from their own cooking or from highly trusted places. If they leave the city, they go on a fast.
Check out True Love. It's a one of a kind place. I have never seen anything like it. Talk to the owner, get to know him. There are large windows into the kitchen. You could watch him prepare his meals and the kitchen is spotless.
Change your diet to remove all bullshit. You shouldn't be eating at Foodnet in the first place. They could drop the food on the ground and it wouldn't look any less appetizing than I already find it. Eat at home and at places in which the food is prepared by a true craftsman and professional, like the owner of True Love.- Agree x 3

Visited there today, yes lovely spot. Met owner whom was very friendly and very accommodating. Nice guy, the place is organized and super friendly staff.
Unfortunately we had already eaten but enjoyed a nice drink, no entrance fee was charged. Apparently there are ex pats around whom think they can just hang out there for free, use the wi fi and facilities without paying....I fully understand why management charge a fee.
We organized a return to spend the whole afternoon swimming eating, it's really a little oasis.- Like x 3
