    Here are some takeaways....

    1. You must have a "one health pass" when entering or re-entering the Philippines but I could not complete my "vaxcert" online because after numerous attempts I could not get them to update my 2nd shot and my booster shot so I lied and checked that box anyway. So when they scanned my page they sent me to another desk and I produced my vax card and no problem.

    2. IF you are married to a Filipino then you do not need an Insurance policy or a onward ticket.. but you must carry your marriage license with you at check in when getting your boarding pass. I had no problem with Cebu Pacific ..

    3. They have a testing facility at Terminal 3 that will furnish you with a "rapid test" good for 24 hrs. if you leave and return within that time frame... cost 600 peso and result in 30 min or less. If you stay longer in Singapore like I did (missed my return flight) they have the same facility but cost is 1000 peso with same time frame on result.

The whole trip has become too tiring with too many lines as I am getting older and have less patience with authority  so my mission this next year will be to finally get my 13a

    hope this helps

    https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1486797/bi-allows-overstaying-foreigners-to-extend-stay-in-ph

"MANILA, Philippines — Orders to leave given to foreigners who have overstayed their temporary visitor’s visas amid the COVID-19 pandemic have been temporarily suspended, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) announced Sunday.

“Pursuant to various resolutions from the IATF directing the public to exercise social distancing and minimize travel, and in the interest of public safety and welfare, we will be implementing this order as a form of regulatory relief for foreigners,” Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente explained in a statement.

The directive will cover holders of temporary visitor’s visas who have reached the 24-month period maximum stay for visa-required nationals and a 36-month period maximum stay for non-visa required nationals as of March 1, 2020.

The relief shall also apply to holders of temporary visitor’s visas who have overstayed in the country starting March 1 regardless of the maximum allowance period.

However, concerned foreigners will still be assessed and will be required to pay immigration fees and penalties in lieu of the order.

Morente likewise said the order reciprocates the leniency of other countries for Filipinos who may also be experiencing a similar situation overseas."

I went in to immigration today for an extension and below are the following updates as of June 1.
    • Extensions are now available BUT, limited to 30 applicants per day. (So go early)
    • Exit clearances can be done in Manila if current stay is between 6 - 12 months.
    • Exit clearance with stay over 12 months must be done at BI.
    • Sweeper flights - she couldn't tell me, no knowledge.
Only a few things but I think can save headaches if this is known.

The one in the hallway near Dumaguete immigration. Attached are all the contact numbers i have acquired for them throughout the years. The "Driver" number is the most recent entry, she was the one that did the last pickup for me but I'm pretty sure all the numbers will get you a reply from someone.

For any visa renewals that can be handled locally the cost has always been P1k, and that includes picking up and dropping off my passport/requirements/payment to my residence in Valencia. It's completely hands off and i haven't stepped foot in immigration in years. Well worth the 1k. IMO.

3 houses, 3 grenades. Problem solved. Or fuel up the helicopter, mount the 50cal and chop the houses down. If there was a time for the military to show extreme force now would be it. Show these inbred donkey f*ckers that their presence in the Visayas will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
