As far as I can make out ( and Stand to be Corrected) you may only pay a current account on line or outreaches, if there are discrepancies/arrears, they will not accept the payment. Maybe this is good as it is a constant reminder to be on time with payments or sort the account out or it will be a Queuing job. JP

Ah ok. So this quote below was just you getting our hopes up for a common sense solution to paying our electric bill? I was really looking forward to being able to avoid the trip to the NORECO office. Got me all excited about the link. Though in all honesty I have only went to pay my bill twice (and both times I got tired of waiting and sent the helper to take care of it the next day).
