Afghans mounting an antenna: Note that this vehicle is coming from one of the best trained and funded units in their military. Their country is so freaking screwed when we leave! It will be almost an instantaneous collapse.
Oh.....it's much worse than the Philippines. I'll give them some credit. It would have taken me quite some time to figure out how to mount that antenna with twine and ripped up t-shirts.
