The one behind Pamela Pension House where they fill up the water trucks, just north of White Tip Divers, which is just north of Silliman University always did a good job for me. Good pricing too.

 

I've seen one of those 'real' laundromats on the street near the Water District Building (if I remember correctly). Is there more than one?

 

The laundromat "Gentle Bubble Wash" near the Water District is about 100 m or so north of the DCWD, just down from the new company building, forget name. The manager is Benia, phn 0906 205 1090. She also can do it for you. I've learned in Dmgt, "across the street" can be anywhere within half a kilometer.
