I am sure you can load almost any kind of card at any Western Union outlet?
*EDIT:
Yep thought so;

Western Union
Western Union is a way users can transfer money from their bank accounts to reload MOLPoints online on the MOL website.
This service is available internationally

@Jack Peterson
I had to Google it also as I had never heard of it but this is it *I think*
MOL - Money Online | Buy Game Credits with MOLPoints

It's an online money used in many stuffs ^_^.
It can be reloaded via Load Central
MOL - Money Online | Purchase MOLPoints with

I'm considering using western union if I can't find a Load Central Retailer around. Load Central is less hassle than Western Union.

If this correct, people need to be careful as with Spain of late, Internet Gambling may well be on the next Hit list for Mr President
Just saying

I guess so. I've been using this since 2 years ago so I'm sure this is legit. And MOL is used in Asian wide or worldwide I guess. This is for people who don't like to use paypal/credit card to buy things in the internet ^_^

I think you miss the point my friend it is not how you pay, it is that mr President is having a Purge on gambling and as I say Internet gambling may well be his next target as was Pornography on line + all the other things he has in his head of late
All I am saying is IF it were for Online Gambling be careful

Maybe this can be of help?

Dumaguete: Load Central - Google Search

Thanks.. I'll try checking it
