    Dumaguete can do that all on its own. I don't have to say anything about the city to deter a significant number of people away from it.

    I think I've said that before in jest. It is certainly an option for some people. Personally, there isn't enough nightlife in Bayawan for my taste.

    When Dumaguete is a city Bayawan is a sleepy town, if you enjoy sitting on a bench and watch people pass by, then it's the right place for you, not much pollution even electric trikes, and maybe in future, they even open a Jollibee lol
