That's pretty simple. You can find this kind of ladies everywhere in the Philippines, but also in UK, USA, Europe and a few more countries. Even in Iceland, Greenland or Africa, to name a few of them. There are various spots. Bars, Restaurants, Malls, Shopping Centers and basically each place where people are around you can find your dream woman. Go ahead - good luck.
Yeah, but you need a lot more money for younger women in developed countries to call you "gwapo" once you start to get close to your retirement age. However, I will give the Philippines credit here. It is much easier to meet woman/people in the lower income brackets that don't have a complete garbage personality. Despite all the troubles they have experienced in life, which far exceeds what most do in the West, most Filipinos still tend to remain civil and act appropriate in social situations. This seems to be true for most Asian cultures. When I go back to the US and interact with the average person I often find myself wondering, "WTF is wrong with this person?".
You wont know a good one, until you've had a bad one! Don't go for uneducated because you will never be able to converse intelligently......initially... all will be OK, but after a while you will be bored to tears. Whatever you find you will be expected to assist the family.....

"Don't go for uneducated because you will never be able to converse intelligently" Someone who is simply uneducated can be taught if willing, and becomes grateful in my experience. Now stupid is another issue, you can't fix that.
