No, it is on topic. I a neutral on this but someone suggested finding a girl is intelligent. That can be important to some people and naturally leads to a discussion on IQ in the country. Perhaps one is more likely to find a smarter woman if the focus on areas here more conducive to good health and nutrition, good upbringing and higher education, for example nursing. Less conducive may point you to bar girls who did not graduate from high school. There are plenty of smart women here despite a lower than 100 overall average IQ. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It may not be a good idea to marry someone with super high IQ----if you want a nice girl, don't go for IQ----look for EQ which is more important than the former.

I'd bet that Chinese take an I.Q. test in their own language. And filipinos take it in English. And if you look at the test, it requires at least a high school level of education for the vocabulary.
