I don't think the majority of local people is really interested, the first available tree, parking car or what's ever to do what to do when the need is high enough to release and feel better again.

 

Dumaguete is already competing. Every tree, corner, car, bushes can be used as a toilet. At the tree you'll even feed the tree.
