Since we can't make suggestions on Noreco site except as a comment ("rant"), hopefully SOMEONE at Noreco reads this: 1. Social distancing; if you provide "chairs" outside offices, I hope they are 1 or 2 meters apart with a guard to prevent line jumping ??? Chairs together is worse than useless, even dangerous. 2. I hope you are smart enough to waive "late fees" for the next two months. 3. If you had listened to the hundreds who have suggested "online" payment, you would not have this problem.
Furthermore, Reducing the work week to 4 days only creates more crowding in the waiting area. The same number of people will need to pay their bills in a shorter time frame therefore more crowding and greater risk of spreading infection.
Noreco waive late fees lol! And as for online payments,this would mean more expense for them and it would make everything more transparent so we could actually see the curruption.
Tip thou, use the norecco office at The Marketplace next to the Ceres Bus terminal. Never see long lines in there but people crowd that main office.
I left there in 2015, and I was surprised at that time Noreco hadn't set up an online payment system. You mean to tell me you STILL have to go get a number and wait, hours sometimes, to pay your bill??!! That is just absurd!! You know Noreco has the financial ability to have an online payment system created and implemented.
I guess that when you left in 2015 the country was still in 1950, but you will be pleased to know it is now in 1951.
You're letting out the secret, like when I posted about the Pulantubig collection office, went from 1 waiting to a dozen, and when they closed the Robinsons office, jumped to 40.. Oh well, yea, ceres is good.

I can't get them to read my meter for February. Today (03-23-2020) marks 41 days. They told me again this morning that they would come by today. It's after 4:30 PM and NO bill. Then if they manage this small task how do I pay it as 65+ are on quarantine?
