    I had FilProduct and paid at 7/11 for several months, no issues. Bought out of the contract to get PLDT higher available speeds (300 mbps). No TV with that, but not of concern. Had two periods of several days with no service with PLDT. Fortunately was away from home for one of those. If FilProduct offered a higher speed option I would go back to them at end of lock-in, for better customer service.

    I'm sure it works, I would just like for them to send the bill/receipt with balance via email as the physical bill never seems to make it to me.

    You get a receipt with the 7/11 payment, but not a balance statement.
