honestly i didn't find it that bad. sure the fireworks were a bit annoying, but after everything i had read i was prepared for a lot worse....
Just wondering what's going on for New Year's Eve, in Dumaguete. I've heard rumors of fireworks along the Boulevard, but what else goes on?

i know that dumaguete springs has apartments above edelweiss... so does that mean they also have some sort of ownership/affiliation with it?
it's just down the beach from pura vida... but i think it's probably too early for the rest of that stuff. you could check with mike himself though.
we live just down the beach from there. much construction going on... but looks like it will be a while still.
i actually saw quite a few of them on that particular dive. didn't seem very rare.
