Royal QXV is new and clean. I didn't get a window, though. There is a window (glass block) between the shower and the bedroom! Very revealing! Internet was awful. I was okay with the room, but I found the whole setup "strange." It is setup (I think) for the discreet tryst. But it is new and clean and worth the price if you only need a comfortable place to sleep. My room was very quiet.

 

YEP I have stayed there 2 times and have been very satisfied with everything!

 

I would suggest the Novo hotel. Clean and comfortable, right downtown and the standard room is under 1,000 a night. If it was me I'd go queen or presidential room as the price is good for what you get.
