Has anyone here seen videos on youtube from mark nowhere man?
He helps the poor and the desperate.
Those who because of lockdown have no work and literally nothing to feed their children.
He has interesting information on the role of Spanish and American enslavement of Filipinos, and opinions about older expats marrying younger filipinas.
He does great work for the poor , but as an expat living in Philippines, if you watch 20 or so of his videos, he's guaranteed to make you feel uneasy.

I have seen a few. He does some good things for Filipino families in need, though I suspect more for publicity than the end result. He seems to see himself as a sole challenger to the Government and governmental system and mentions the 'better' system in Vietnam, where I think he lives. He also seems to have a chip on his shoulder about Filipinas liking foreign guys, particularly older guys.

    Yes it seems.
He's a us citizen according to his videos. He's concerned about real poverty , but I suspect his goal is to plant new ideas in poor areas.
The Filipinas he interviewed all chose the bald old fat foreigner over a hard working young good looking Filipino for financial stability.
Im not keen on his social nationalism, but I am surprised and shocked at the hardship filipinos face. No financial help, no food help ,no free medical attention.
    59 million Filipinos in poverty.

Never seen any of his stuff. Sounds like "There's a sucker born every minute" is being greatly upheld. Meh on his charitable doings. If a Country is being raped (mostly by out-siders), why should a Foreigner waste his time and money to fix that. Silly as f#*k

Remember, if one ever needs a helping hand, they'll find two at the end of their arms.

-Religion was brought here. not created here. It has always correlated with poverty. Not just money but mind set and often weak decisions. Not understanding the nature of Capitalism which was also not created here.

You could look at it that way, but these things (Religion and Capitalism) were also brought to other nations that are thriving today... Marcos is a fine example of the corruption within and yet they still laud him and his family.... This mindset is not unique to this country but is shared in many areas of the world and only an educated populace will end it ... not likely anytime soon though

I was also overly Charitable to one Family (not related) for 15 years. They are now the only Family that will not talk to me and basically hates my guts, as the buck had to stop. It's like falling into quick sand once yah start.
