    This eel is grey and orange, we have a lot of them outside the house, we often see them in the fish traps as well...

    thats a whit-eye morray and there are almost as many around as clownfishes (up to now 8 different species in the Dauin area, more than in APO

    by the way I would recommend a fish book, cause this are very common creatures and you'll find them faster in each reefguide

    Yeah I do wanna get a fish book, but I also want an extensive collection of local pictures here with descriptions, so I am more than likely to keep posting pictures of fish as we snap them anyways :smile:

    This is not only for my benefit, but for everybody with a mask / snorkel / scuba around the Negros waters :smile:

    A fish book is what I'm looking for. Any recommendations and where I could buy it? Hope its available locally coz I'm just a local boy.

    there are several good books available, one of the best for our area is the REEF Guide Asia pacific. But we talking about 50 US$ for a propper one.
