I do not think he was referring to you Brian as you did not post the correlation between employing someone and 'gaining benefits'.

Occasionally someone arrives on the forum with very negative attitudes but it is not you in my opinion.

 

Many minds on this forum go immediately to the gutter. Makes asking legitimate questions quite a chore sometimes.

It sounds like you may be looking for something inbetween (with benefits?).
