Is it allowed to do some sportfioshing - angling on Apo island ?? nad waht to catch ?

I mean angling sportfishing on Apo island ? or its a reservate... ?what kind of fish is there ?
How can I go out on fishing from beaches near Dumaguete ?

I taled with some of the boatmen in Bais and they said they have had sportfishers out, they do not have al lthe pro gear and lifting equipment, but there are some nice big fish out there to play with

ok thnaks for the reply - but I read that arounbd Apo island is a reservate to protect the area.. around the island. is it legal to do some angling there ?
what about a fishing license ? is it needed ?
