I am with PMB bank and have cruised with them 27 years. Never had a prob, but the Branch Manager is a personnel Friend. Hence no problemmmmmmmmmmmAAAA!
Coming from TX the key for us was to use our Wells Fargo account. Bank of America nor Chase had the same partnerships to send money to a bank here, that was 2018. Side note- use the Chase credit card with no foreign transaction fees.
