well, not that I am an expert, but they wont get data with a proper Antivirus on ones notebook, screenshots are NOT possible if one does not have a certain program installed on his/her own computer. They can only install it on ones station if one has no protection.

Well, than this person also deserves it not better.

That program might be used in Internet-cafes on their own stations, to control (illegal) activities. But I don't know of any in Dumaguete doing that. I use it on mine at home if I have people working for me, sends me a screen-shot each 5 minutes (or the time I set it) and usually the guys home after a few days, as I wont pay for chatting, facebook and friendster.
