    Moalboal is only a couple of hours away from Dumaguete city, and Moalboal is packed with dive centers.

    Pangsama Beach has lots of good places to stay and foreigner friendly restaurants.

    The best dive sites in Moalboal is on Pescador Island, this is a strict no speargun and no collecting shells area though.
