Morning, best way pop into your local field office well in advance and ask them..
It had been three years since i last left PI and Baguio did not ask me to apply for a clearance nor was i asked for one in Manila,that's all i know.. Sorry for the confussion.. Just trying to be helpful..

 

Jack all my answers are related to tho OP (US tourist). I have no idea about 13a.

:That is why I got all confused. It started about Tourist and went on to 13a, I have telephoned the Madrid Embassy and they tell me that Snow Man is correct. They say they do like 7 working days notice BUT as long as I have a BNI Clearance, no older than 6 months, all is well both with the local office or the Airport.

Confusion Over!

Snowman, no need for sorry, You have been very helpful, It made me get up and Ring the Madrid Embassy to get it straight. So many rules, so many different visas and permits, HUH! I thought the Spanish and the US were bad enough BUT the PI seem to like Paperwork also.
