The flowershops in Dumaguete do not have online ordering. If you want to send flowers to Dumaguete, try going to Send Flowers Online - Flora2000 - International Delivery Specialist. That's what my husband and I use. The flowers are shipped from Manila to Dumaguete via lbc. What I do is I take a picture everytime I receive them. If you're not happy with the quality of the flowers, you can just file a complaint online and they will send a replacement for free and give you a discount on your next order.

Note: It's best not to have flowers delivered on a Monday or Friday. If your shipment gets stucked over the weekend somewhere, most probably they'll be wilted before they arrive.

This is a website for a florist in Dumaguete. I haven't tried using their services though: Dumaguete Gifts and Flowers. I chose this other website to send flowers to my mama on mother's day. They were cheaper Filgifts.com - Philippine gifts, flowers & pasalubong shopping!
