Hi, everybody! I'm new here. I just found out about this site. I was born in Dumaguete and lived there for more than twenty years. I left the city to satiate my lust to travel shortly after I graduated from SU. I haven't been back since. What are some of the changes in the city? Are they good or bad for the city? I read a lot of posts that seem to be somewhere in the middle.
