where is the best place to exchange you U.S. currency in Dumaguete. In baguio it's at the SM. I am not familiar yet with Dumamguete. thx

 

Downstairs at Lee Plaza and upstairs at Robinsons Mall probably give the fairest rates.

 

We always use the Xchange upstairs at Robinson's....they are usually one of the best rates and very convenient.

 

Also in the lobby of Check Inn hotel near Immigration. Good rates and more private than others.
