    Fridge and television are likely just too heavy and I am weary to take a ferry from Manila to Dumaguete (but the tips here certainly help to get an idea and I have been looking at shipping companies now).

    Well you better inquire to some shipping lines. I am from Malolos , Bulacan and moved here in Negros Province for good. They will cater that. But of course it will cost you much especially on some fees to be paid at the seaport...
