My husband want to go fishing here in Dumaguete ,is there anybody who knows where the good spot and who offer that kind of service and equipment for fishing?

Contact Mike at the Adventurediveshop, he organised that before. It is not that cheap for a single person, depending what you want. (food, drinks, BBQ, stopover on a beach...)
I did onece a small trip as one of my guests asked for it. But I simply went to a local Fisherman and we went out at 3 in the morning with 2 bottles of rum and some rice in aplastic bag. And I can tell you my guest had a lot of fun.
Ozideas hires his speedboat for that too. Tell both you come from DI and ask for discount... hehe

BTW, we all expect to be invited to the party and the "catch of the day" even its only a lechon and some ice cold SMB
