Hi everyone my name is James and I think this sites great. I am married to a sweet loving lady from Dumaquete that I meet and married here in Texas and we plan on moving there for good in about 4 years. She has purchased land for us to build our shack on near the airport on Buniao road. I am 46 years old retired US Navy and she is 47 years old. I enjoy fishing and look forward to casting a line out in the ocean there. I enjoy reading the forum's here on this site, they have given me allot of great information. My wife has allot of family in Dumaquete that I have not meet. I have not been to Dumaquete but I have been to PI on a port visit many years ago. I look forward to seeing the many great folks that live in Dumaquete.

From one U.S. southerner, to another, welcome!! Maybe we can meet up when you get here!! And, I would like to say thank you for your service to our country. I appreciate ALL the U.S. armed services represented here, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Special Forces, Green Berets, etc....Thank you to every single one of you!! BTW, what is your wife's family name? We also have a LOT of family here in Dumaguete.

Me and the wife are planning to come for visit maybe in September. She told me there's festival at that time, should be fun. Maybe I will meet some of you guy's then. Her family name is Zerna. She grew up across the street from Silliman University.
