⌛ Nipa Hut construction

Hi everyone,
We are planning on building a small nipa hut on our property to use as a guest house. Just wondering if anyone here knows of good nipa hut builders and can give us some names and contact numbers? We want a very nice-looking one, one room with c/r. No kitchen. Probably around 250 sq ft (maybe less), just want a nice size room for a queen size bed, t.v., table and 2 chairs, and a small closet, and a toilet and sink (maybe shower if we can squeeze one in). We want it to be like a hotel room.

There is a place close to Hypermart on the left side going toward Valencia; we are not sure what the name of the place is (maybe someone else here knows of it), but they build small huts made of shiny bamboo with single bedroom, small living room and small kitchen with a CR for about 65000 - 70000 pesos. We are looking into the same thing for our back yard.

ps...make sure that if you use any bamboo for construction,that it is properly treated for bok-bok !..Miguel
