    I lived in Dumaguete 1996-1998.
    It was almost impossible to find a quiet rental then.
    Are there any new quiet resorts/monthly rate or condos that always have vacancy?

    It depends if you want to be close to the city, or at a nice beach, or very cheap, or or or... there are many options, just give some more information and you get for sure some advices
