Dumaguete Buglas 2007 - a kind of Scandal

I have been there on 26 of December and in my private opinion, it is a complete joke... It is a construction site. All the houses are unfinished a lot of dirt everywhere.
All the houses are missing completely the fantasy and spirit they had at the old location. Mabinay is the only house witch attracts people the old way.
Most are half empty (the upper floor closed) some Tourist posters at the wall and some way overpriced items to sell.

A beautifull Island like Siquijor threw some cubicfoot sand there and sprayed the name in pink on a plastic board.... great effort guys. Pamplona has nothing else to offer than Henna Tattoos and in another building you can buy T-shirts. But not about the region, see yourself.... I an deeply disappointed
