    We need to make a cement gate entrance with a steel gate. Does anybody know a contractor in Dumaguete who can make this. Important is that the contractor has email, because we are in Netherland and we like to communicate and sent drawings by mail.

    Do we mean sending Plans is not a good Idea, reason I said by PM is enough to secure any security Issue, The Man that is good can tell what is required and can relay any problems by e.mail. What if any, is the Problem here.??
